What comes with a full groom?
Full Groom: Bath, blow dry, brush out, nails, paw pads, sanitary trim, haircut, and ear cleaning.
Anal glands: Will they be done with grooming?
The anal glands will be checked during the bath. Parents will be notified and asked if they are okay with expression.
How long will my dog be at the salon?
Please drop off within 15 minutes of your appointment. After your dog is finished, you will get a message stating your pup is done and ready for pickup. If your dog is left for more than 30 minutes after grooming, a boarding fee will be included.
How are dogs kept safe while at the salon?
Sanitization: Touch & Tender is used on equipment between all grooms, and sanitizer spray is used on tools and pets. Safety: Your dog will not be left alone in the tub or on the table. Safety procedures are in place to keep your dog safe on the table, using the groomer’s helpers or loops.
Home care: What can be done at home between grooms?
Brushing: Most dogs require brushing daily or at least every 2–3 days. Play with their feet and get them used to someone touching their feet and nails.
